Also, we provide two levels of warranty protection for your new home: Jessco's 1 Year Warranty and America's Choice 2-10 Warranty®.

Jessco's 1 Year Warranty

At Jessco we strive to have everything just right the day you close. However some details my not be noticed until weeks or months after you move in. It is also typical in most new homes to have nail pops or small cracks appear in the sheetrock, particularly after the first winter. This is why our Customer Service Department will contact you in the 12th month for a service appointment. We ask that customers not request service before the 12th month unless there is a danger factor or progressive damage situation. Some example would be an electrical short or water leak. In this case contact Customer Service immediately.

America's Choice 2-10 Warranty®

A Limited Warranty is included with the purchase of every brand new Jessco Home. This Limited Warranty provides you peace of mind, as it is administered by America's Choice 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. The warranty covers materials and workmanship, as outlined in the Home Buyer Warranty Booklet, for one year after the date that you close. There is continuing coverage through the second year that includes specific components of your major mechanical systems and are also outlined in the Home Buyers Warranty Booklet, examples include: plumbing and electrical systems. This also includes an Express Limited Warranty which warrants you home against a Structural Defect for ten years as defined in the Home Buyer Warranty Booklet.

2-10 Warranty doesn't cover any typical homeowner maintenance items like changing your light bulbs or replacing your air filters. Your kitchen appliances, air conditioning and heating, and roof, just to name a few examples, are covered by the manufacturers' warranties that Jessco passes along to you at closing (settlement). These manufacturers' warranties supplement the protection offered by Home Builder's Limited Warranty.
